Welcome to First Grade!
My name is Mrs. Tara Flamisch. I have been teaching at Sheckler Elementary School since 1999. I graduated from Bloomsburg University and obtained my master's degree as a Reading Specialist at Kutztown University. Teaching first grade is both challenging and extremely rewarding. I love watching the kids grow, both academically and emotionally, throughout the year. At home, I am very busy with my three active boys. Parker is in twelfth grade. Carson is in tenth grade and Drew is in third grade. I live with my husband and sons in Danielsville. In my spare time, I love to read.
