Dear Students, Parents, Guardians, and Families,
First and foremost, I want to wish you all good health and safety during this time period. With kids missing that recess and P.E. time, I wanted to provide you with some Physical Education At-Home resources for your children (and yourself- if you wish!) to keep active and healthy during this difficult time. One of the most important things we can all do for our mental, emotional, and physical well-being is to make sure we stay active and get at least the CDC recommended 60 minutes of physical activity each day. The activities I provided are especially useful for rainy days and/or if your children can't get outdoors. Please know I miss your children dearly and can't wait to return to a gym full of kids running around and having fun! I would also love to hear what activities they are doing to keep active at home.
